TES invests in GenPlus – strengthens position in second life

Singapore-based TES, which operates a lithium-ion battery recycling plant in Singapore and pre-processing in France has invested in the energy storage system specialist GenPlus. GenPlus is like TES based in Singapore and has delivered energy storage systems ranging from battery packs to containerized behind-the-meter solutions. The company has also made installations with used EV batteries.

With the investment TES is improving their position in collecting EV batteries as they will be able to direct healthy batteries to GenPlus and thus become more competitive as a world wide collector.
